Flash On The Beach

Every year a group of the world's elite designers and technologists take to the shores of Brighton Beach to meld their minds into one creative energy – known as Flash on the Beach. Each year a different designer is commissioned to create the title sequence for the conference.

Process

I had the pleasure of working with Animation duo Garth + Ginny on this project. The Festival takes over the city for a few days and draws designers and businesses from around the country.

We filmed all over Brighton creating plates to composite Garth + Ginny's beautiful character animation into. The wonderful shadow creatures slowly reveal themselves along side the guest speakers names.
